Not for the standalone attic stream (up to $1,250). The multi-measure stream (up to $10,000) requires both a pre-work and post-work energy assessment by a Registered Energy Advisor.
Typically 6-8 weeks after your complete application is submitted. Enbridge Gas customers receive a bill credit on their next statement. Homes heated with electricity, propane, or oil receive a cheque by mail.
Yes. Through the multi-measure stream, you can combine insulation with air sealing, windows, doors, smart thermostats, and heat pump upgrades for maximum savings of up to $5,000-$10,000.
You cannot claim a second rebate for the same area. However, you can still receive rebates for other areas such as basement insulation, wall insulation, or exposed floor insulation.
Absolutely. We guide you through the entire rebate process to make it as smooth as possible.
